Turmeric Water

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water filtered
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder organic
  • A pinch of black pepper to enhance absorption
  • Optional: A squeeze of lemon or honey for flavor

  • Heat the water until warm but not boiling.
  • Stir in the turmeric powder until fully dissolved.
  • Add a pinch of black pepper and stir well.
