Anti-Inflammatory Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large carrots washed and peeled
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1- inch piece of fresh turmeric root or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup of water or coconut water for extra hydration

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the carrots, ginger, and turmeric.
  • Chop the pineapple into chunks.
  • Juice all the ingredients using a juicer.
  • If using a blender, add all ingredients along with water and blend until smooth. Strain using a fine mesh strainer if desired.
  • Pour into a glass, stir well, and enjoy fresh!
